Our Story
How Meta Compass Started
We created Meta Compass because we saw a gap. Beginners trying to improve their SEO were drowning in either overly technical documentation or vague marketing claims. Nobody was writing clear, honest guides about what actually matters—like how to write meta titles and descriptions that work.
It's not complicated. Search engines want to show the most relevant results. Meta tags help them understand what your page is about. But most beginner resources skip over the practical details: Why does character count matter? What happens if you don't include your main keyword? How do you know if your meta description is actually helping?
We started with one article. Then another. We realized we weren't just writing content—we're documenting what works and what doesn't, then explaining it in a way that makes sense to people who aren't SEO specialists.
